What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Shipping to West Malaysia : RM7
East Malaysia : RM13
Brunei: RM15 (Standard Shipping) or RM85 (EMS Express)
Singapore: RM15 (Standard Shipping) or RM85 (EMS Express)
Rest of World : Shipping prices are shown in checkout.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
For everyone, we accept all types of Credit/Debit Cards via Paypal. For Malaysian customers, we accept Bank Transfer via our Maybank Account. For Brunei Customers, we accept Remittance.
How long will delivery take?
Malaysia: It takes 1-4 days after payment to reach your doorstep.
Brunei & SG Standard Shipping: It takes about 5-12 days after payment to reach your doorstep.
Brunei & SG EMS Shipping: It takes about 3-7 days after payment to reach your doorstep.
Do I receive a tracking number for my order?
Yes, every order shipment is traceable. The tracking number will be given via email once the order has been shipped. You can track your orders here
What exactly happens after ordering?
After receiving the order, we are tasked with carving the lens and packing your order for shipment. This process takes about 1-2 days, depending on the type of order. It is then shipped with our preferred courier companies.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
Yes, an e-invoice will be emailed to you for every order.
